In their own words
Moved with them mid 2023. Movers were timely and efficient. Communication with the company was good. Price was good. However, movers moved a standing piano for us and severely scratched the hardwood floor in two rooms. This was not noticeable til the morning because of boxes covering the floor at which point we reached out to the company to report it.
If you are ready to deal with a no call-no show moving company that is unapologetic about not even showing up, poorly documenting actual moving date and emailing conflicting moving dates from paper documentation, not responding to 3 emails, and 3 phone calls to confirm moving dates and eventually just not bothering o come or call because it is wet outside...be my guest. The worst moving company I have encountered ever. Be warned. Hoping to get my deposit. These folks are as shady as they come.
They dropped my $1000+ tool box full of tools off the back of their lift gate truck and only offered a $360 claim to replace it. Do NOT use this company unless you like your property damaged and your hard earned money dropped off the back of a truck. Terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

In their own words
Magic Moving and storage was referred to us by a friend. They well exceeded our expectations. They showed up on time very professional and got right to work. We weren't quite ready but the movers helped us organize and pack difficult items. We had a large safe, two flights of stairs and a massive heavy armoire. They protected and wrapped everything and made short work of these large heavy pieces. Very impressive very seasoned crew. They were very hard-working and handled our furniture with extreme care.
Omero and the crew were so terrific, efficient and great at communicating. They were careful and took care with my items. 10/10 for sure!
If I could give 10 Stars I would! Magic is amazing company. I'm was so excited to move into my new house for me and my two boys. Finding the right company was important and I found it in Magic Moving. The three movers wasted no time getting right to work and were extremely polite and professional. Put heavy blankets on all of our furniture like Xmas presents. Very impressive! We had a lot of stairs and some big furniture despite the obstacles the crew made it look easy!
I hired Magic Moving several years ago for a long-distance move and twice since then around the bay area. Amazing company, always do a great job and make me feel comfortable. Top notch movers who are friendly, patient and extra careful with my things. Originally, I needed extra long term storage for some items. It was most economical and best way to store those items. Once delivered there weren’t any problems and not a scratch on anything!
