Very bad experience all around. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE HOURS. HORRIBLE RATES. First, I reserved my unit online and called ahead to confirm details and hours - it had specified I had a ground drive up unit. When I arrived they assigned a indoor 2nd floor unit. When asked they said they didn’t know why it would say that online but if I wanted a ground unit (still indoor, no drive ups available) I would have to pay $90 more a month .

Very rude employee . I had to pick up my friends stuff that were in one of their storage unit and when I asked a question to the employee (Carrie ) she had a bad attitude and I heard her call us dummies . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I just wanted to let you know I was at your Walnut Creek location today and first off the staff was great. That being said, I used to rent a couple of units at this location a while back. When I came in today to get a unit I was told access was strictly from seven in the morning to seven in the evening. When I rented before I had access prior to seven and later than seven.

Please please do not use them. Nothing good about the place to accept convenience. Every 6 months they are raising the fees. Their websitee and auto payment is not working and you will keep paying a late fee because of their system. They are friendly until you ask something. No garbage they are not letting you use their garbage. DO NOT USE THEM you will be suffer if antyhing goes diffrent than they telling you.

Although the facility was diligent in communicating with you regarding your past due account, I am disappointed in your low star rating, Mbaoni Anthony. As a matter of fact, they went above and beyond to help you retrieve the values of your unit that was about to be auctioned off.

I’ve used many storage places but this one is by far the cleanest and most convenient. Their rate was a bit higher for a 5x10 unit and I was about to leave, but they matched the price to the lowest available in the area!
