I used them twice, I had a good experience with estimate, but movers were rude. The second time I was not there to monitor move. Things were missing- the most valuable an art box with irreplaceable items.
AM, I am sorry to reads about your negative experience. I have owned the company since April of 2021. We pride ourselves on well trained movers and great customer service. Please reach out to discuss your move.
The movers dropped a 1700$ coffee table during the move and failed to disclose that. The nearly new table sustained a substantial permanent damage. When contacted about the damage, the moving company offered to pay 60 cents per lbs of the weight of the table which in their defense is the contract. That being said, It is apparent to me that in no way that behavior is appropriate and deemed as good customer care.
Dissatisfied & Mislead .. The company provided a lowball estimate to secure our business over other quotes. The final charges were several hundred dollars higher and included hidden charges. They completed the move satisfactorily however were clearly deceptive in the manner in which they secured our business.

I had a great experience with Majestic Mountain Movers! They were able to accommodate us on very short notice for a loading job in Breckenridge, CO. I was coordinating everything remotely from Arizona, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. They were quick and helpful with scheduling, kept us updated on their arrival time, and did an excellent job loading our moving truck efficiently and carefully.
Dominic and Tommy did an amazing job for us! They were prompt, quick and efficient and so easy to work with on both loading and unloading our move. Josh was fantastic at coordinating all of our details. Everyone we worked with had the best attitudes! Thank you so much

My company contracted with MMM this May/June to move 120 bed sets. We had also used MMM last fall to move over 250 bed sets for us. Connor Ritchey left a one star review for MMM last December. I must say that our experience with MMM this spring deserves a 5 star rating! From the office help (Josh) to the movers, the process was seamless! Josh and company were extremely professional, friendly and expeditious. I would highly recommend Majestic Mountain Movers.

My crew was awesome! And Josh was so easy to work with. Answered questions day and night, very responsive, and was in communication throughout. The 2 guys who moved me did a great job navigating three small spaces. They worked really hard and quickly. Best of all, my price came in hundreds lower than the estimate.
