In their own words
Let me tell you about the worst day of my life! Moving family from Florida to Alaska. Majestic was the top recommended from U-Haul, so I reserved them over a month in advance to load the truck. Day of move: scheduled to be there at 9 am, no calls, no movers, no one answers the phone. The owner finally answers at 945, to say he is pulling people from his construction crew and would be there soon…2 guys show up finally at 1145. They help for 45 minutes and disappear! After that I have no help.
0 stars if that’s an option. I verified with them at least 4x over a week span about time and place and they agreed each time. Never showed up. Me and my wife was forced to do everything by our self. Do not recommend! Highly dissatisfied
If I could give zero stars I would. They were suppose to show up in the Am then told us 2-4pm then didn’t show up until 6 o’clock to move our whole apartment and all of our furniture and belongings and come to find out they had NO moving truck. It was booked for a month in advance and the workers got there and said they just found out about it within 30 minutes of showing up. So then they said they couldn’t help me and just left and said “they couldn’t go get a moving truck”.
I booked and paid for a 2-hour two-man team through U-Haul. I was contacted through text by Joel who was unprofessional and rude. He had no problem telling me to go ahead and find another mover, leaving me to reach out to U-Haul for a refund and to start the process over again. If there was less than one star, Joel and majestic would have that.

I can highly recommend Majestic. They were easy to schedule with - had very good communication and were always prompt and professional. They are now my go-to company!!!!
I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company. I couldn’t believe how efficient these guys are and how quick they get things moved.in addition they were careful to pack things well so they did not get broken or damaged.
I had to move this past Saturday and the guy that was supposed to help me, bailed on me. So on to Craigslist I went and found their ad. I called and within an hour, two guys showed up and moved my furniture for me. They were extremely nice and willing to stay past the time to help me with odds and ends. They are also cat lovers! I highly recommend them. Highly!
I have hired these guys twice, they worked incredibly hard even through the heat and humidity. Hard workers are rare to find these days and this company was not only hard-working but also super polite and helpful. They barely stopped to take a drink of water, I had to encourage them to stay hydrated. I’m a realtor and will be sending lots of business their way!
