Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and never return calls. Instead of handling our move, they sold it to another company, which delivered our belongings two weeks late. We had arranged for two delivery locations, but they only delivered to one—yet still charged us for both. For two weeks, we had no idea where our belongings were and feared they had been stolen. They never answered or returned our calls. Do yourself a favor and work directly with a reputable moving company.

Worst move ever, so many items broken and they literally brought my refrigerator in upside down, if anyone would like to see how my boxes, storage containers and things showed up and my broken items, I’ve got plenty of pictures to provide, I’ve only posted a few here

Worst customer service ever and no clarity at all. Don't use them. They misestimate my inventory and left me at the mercy of the driver to dictate the cost. The driver not only showed up six hours late, he also asked us to pay an amount four times higher than what I discussed with their customer service representative. After several unsuccessful attempts to negotiate with the driver since we couldn't afford his outrageous ask, we cancel their service. They decided not to refund even partially our deposit.

Tom and Steven were professional, efficient, and knowledgable. They were on time, helpful and actually repaired two pieces of furniture that had been damaged during a previous move! Tom was in communication from the time I reached out to him until the day of the move. Their prices were reasonable and we felt we got every penny out their services and then some. I would use them again and highly recommend them!
Tom and his staff did an amazing job with my small move to another apartment building within the same complex. They arrived on time and they went to work immediately. They were swift but very careful with my belongings. They even asked me what rooms to put the boxes/furniture in to help make unpacking easier. This company is very reliable and efficient. I would highly recommend "American Made Movers" for your next move. I will be using them again for my next move in the near future.

Ive used these guys twice now. Both times were a great experience. They were mindful to not put scratches on walls and furniture. Asked questions to prevent damage, things I never thought of. Very kind and respectful, some good ole boys. Punctual and great pricing too!

I cannot thank Tom and Steven with American Made Movers in St Pete, Fl enough for the outstanding service they provided during a very emotional time. They helped my elderly aunt move back into her home after it was damaged by hurricane flooding, and the entire process was handled with so much care, professionalism, and kindness. From the first phone call to the final box being placed exactly where she wanted it, every step was smooth and stress-free. The team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly patient.
