Don’t hire them! I hired this company to do my move on June 30th. I advised the receptionist I would be moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom townhouse. In the day of the move they asked to come early as they finished their other job faster than expected. I advised them that I had a meeting with my new place for a walk through and to grab the keys so I would be a few minutes late but my eldest daughter was home.
I tried hiring this moving company because of all the positive reviews that I saw online, and I wish that I could say something positive but I cannot. We just moved from Vancouver island to St. Albert and I called and arranged moving help for when we arrived, to unload our moving truck. I spoke with the owner Seth, who told me that they would have time to help us unload our truck in the afternoon the day after we arrived.
We were at the time very happy with the movers the day they moved my mom. However they broke a lamp and we have still not settled this issue. They moved her on July 25. I have called once and my sister has called at least three times. I NEVER received a response. My sister was finally contacted by the owner and they decided that a certain amount of money would cover the cost as he could not find a replacement. That text was over 10 days ago.

My parents had hired this moving company a few months ago and had the worst experience. The movers broke the wall light fixture in the apartment building which my parents had to pay out of pocket for. They broke the leg on the TV stand while managing to damage other pieces of furniture. One of the employees stole my father’s laptop and when the owner said he would replace it he never did. They went back and forth as to how he would get them another but he never came through. Very very frustrating to say the least.
I had this company move me in Dec of 2025. His employer stole our laptop and broke the lamp shade by the elevator. The manager of the building came after me for the money so I went after Seth the owner. Needless to say it's been 6 months …
WARNING- I booked this company for a full move. I had my belongings clearly ransacked, as many items worth value were missing upon unpacking. I’m devestated…. No communication from the company since I inquired about all of our missing …

Seth and his team have our full endorsement. From the ladies wrapping and packing to the movers who disassembled and then reassembled beds, tables etc.,the entire crew was conscience and very pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough nice things about this crew. I have had a bad experience in the past with a moving company, and these guys have completely restored my faith. Not only were they incredibly efficient and professional, but the group was so genuinely nice to work with throughout the day. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know!
