What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Fast and friendly service. Helped me with the pallet loading and walked me through the one page paperwork. Way cheaper than Canada Post.
Thank you for your feedback and 5-star rating! We appreciate your business!
I thought the service and price was great. Nice staff to work with in the office and on the dock. Delivery was on time with no problems. We shipped a odd item ( fold up trailer) but they did the job
Thank you for your rating and feedback!
Recently my Son and his Fiancé were on the receiving end of the Jasper fire. After 2 months they were able to go back and retrieve their belongings and needed a quick, reliable and cost effective way of having everything shipped back to Thunder Bay. Their experience at the Edmonton terminal was a positive one as the people there went out of their way to accommodate their needs. Three days later everything arrived in Thunder Bay. and the people there were awesome!
Than you for your feedback and 5-star rating! We are very sorry to hear that your family was affected by the Jasper fire but are happy to hear that everyone is now settled.
I picked up a parcel today at the Thunder Bay Depot and the agent went above and beyond in his duties. I’ve used Manitoulin Transport a few times in the past and have always had great service with an affordable price! Definitely recommend for your big ticket items
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your business!
