A bit disappointed in the level of communication by Manly moving. I initially scheduled help unloading my U-Haul stemming from a cross-country move. I was put on the calendar and was expecting a phone call back regarding some final logistics. I went several weeks without communication. I called Manly repeatedly and left messages with their third-party call center; no response was ever given.

We paid for three movers for two hours, only two showed up. The two that came did a fine job, but when I reached out to the owner, Jay, for a $60 refund for the third mover who did not show up, he said he would refund me by Venmo, but 10 days has passed he has not refunded the money or responded to any emails.
Hi Laura just sent that Venmo over to you. I haven’t been able to get to all of my emails so it took longer than we would’ve liked to send it. Text or call is our preferred way of communication and would have yielded a faster response , but we apologize for not getting it to you sooner.

Great experience overall. The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made the whole moving process a lot less stressful than I expected. Communication was clear throughout, and they were respectful of my space and belongings. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
I can’t say enough to encourage anyone to call Manly Man movers! They were simply incredible! From my first phone call, Jay was friendly, accommodating and professional ! I had an impressively heavy vintage pool table that had to be moved across town! He came to the location to assess the project and needs. Jay worked with me to establish a good time and day, and on that date, he was punctual and even let me know his ETA. He brought the correct tools and equipment and co-workers to get the arduous job done!
It was so good to work for you and we were so happy to help with the pool table. It really was a beautiful old piece! Let us know if you ever need anything and we would be happy to give you a returning customer discount!
We had a great experience from start to finish. Jay and his team are polite, great with communication and really good pricing (we saved about a $1,000.00). This was a move within the state for family members. We would highly recommend Manly Moving Company. In fact, my husband and I plan on using them again this summer.

Folks, I was slightly hesitant to pick a moving company leading with ‘Manly,’ but I couldn’t be more pleased with their help moving my stuff to my new apartment. I appreciated the chat I had prior to my moving day to be on the same page. On moving day, Brayson (oof, if I’m wrong, I’m sorry, it’s close :) and Craig were punctual, professional, and so upbeat and friendly! Moving is always stressful and everyone I encountered at Manly challenged my initial perceptions of what manly is, lol.
