This is unbelievable. I’ve been trying to call them the past couple weeks to rent a unit and there has been no reply. You would imagine a business would actually want to rent out their units. I’ll put my stuff somewhere else. This place has been getting destroyed in the reviews recently and I see why
Hello Alice we are sorry to hear that you were trying to rent from us but couldn’t get a unit. All our processes are online on the website, we can only direct you to rent online and not on the phone. When you called us we tell you how to rent on the website using the 3 simple step process
UPDATE: IT'S THE NEW YEAR AND THIS SCAM COMPANY IS STILL CHARGING MY CARD. I've been moved out since the end of November, and they told me at the start of December that they took me off their website. DO not rent from them. They are an absolute scam company. Just go to uhaul or someone else I have had my stuff in there for 5 months with no problems. Now I'm trying to move out, and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone for two weeks. It just says "no one is available to take your call".

Update 2: I have contacted the attorney generals office about this company. Of course they have ignored the letters from them and still sending me emails about payment being due on a unit I canceled in writing as per their instructions. This sham of a company is just a money grab. These people are horrible business people. They obviously are just grifting. Update: They were still charging my card for the unit I canceled on July 30 2025. I called my credit card company 2 months in a row to get the charge reversed.
Update: month 3 of this criminal company illegally charging me. There's no way these positive reviews are real. This place is ridiculous. An office where the phone just rings, nobody ever answers, nobody ever responds to messages. My first week there my unit stood empty, because nobody would return our calls about what the gate code to get in was. They made sure to charge me for the month though!
Do NOT rent from this facility. Out unit has been broken into twice within the last 6 months. The first time they knew about it for months before we went there and found out that it had been broken into. The company did NOT contact us, so therefore it was left vulnerable for months until we went there and found out!
We are sorry to hear that your unit was broken into, as the new management we have taken precautions, improved security by installing 16 new cameras and flood lights and a manager on sight. And we have not had any break-in since then.

Worst customer service! Can never reach anyone at the facility for support or questions. Our unit was broken into a month ago and have tried reaching out to them numerous times without luck. Cops couldn’t even get ahold of them! Do not trust them with your belongings!
Moved out of unit and cancelled. They charged me for another month. They said they would refund me. Its been a month and they will not call or email me back and havent refunded my money. I fear I will be charged again on the 1st of may as well

The storage facility is conveniently located, easy to access the grounds, and secure for me and my belongings. When I had a question, the new management was very responsive and friendly.
