Well lets start from the Top. Bought a sectional reclining couch for $2000 from Marksons. Waited two weeks for delivery. At delivery it was noted that the fabric on one piece of furniture was scuffed and also had a tag on the top side of the cushion underneath the fabric , so eveytime you sat down it sounded like you were sitting on news paper. The other piece the framing for the backrest was cracked from piss poor craftsmanahip.
CHANGING MY REVIEW.If I could give this store less than one star I would. They sent me a dresser that was not assembled correctly. I returned it and they refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE!

I will never go back to the store again. I wasted an hour and a half picking out a set went to the counter purchased it got approved only an hour later to have them call me and tell them that they’re not able to sell me the set because somebody mispriced it. Instead of giving it to me anyways because it was their mistake they were OK with me just canceling the order. The worst customer service in the worst experience I ever had and I will never go back to them

Purchased a set from here and I have had problems left and right with my couches and every time they get fixed they break again and again and AGAIN! We're all very sorry to hear this. We take our customer service very seriously, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We agree that the server taking longer than the agreed-upon time frame became unacceptable, but unfortunately cannot control the factory, nor their shipping time frames.

Outstanding Personal and Professional Assistance, not pushed while looking over several options. Very helpful in deciding on our selection w/ multiple ideas and styles. They have Employees that deliver the items/furniture and they were truly careful and conscientious while moving around the house. Very polite employee experience.

I felt no pressure in this store and the woman who waited on me was exceptional. She answered all my questions thoroughly and when I made the decision to buy a couch, one that I have not had to make for decades, I felt secure in my choice. And, oh yes, the prices were very good. I would definitely go back there again if I needed to buy more furniture. And I have already told many of my friends about the store.

We have been getting furniture from Markson's for years. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly, not pushy. Delivery was also seamless and easy. Very friendly, professional and did a great job installing! Highly recommend!
