DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM. They pulled some shady shit with my family. We rented a unit from them and at the time they only had one of the bigger ones available for us which unfortunately was the unit with the dented door. We didn’t think nothing of it until this past summer when we went back to switch out our winter clothes for our summer clothes. We got there and immediately noticed the two inch gap between the pavement to the door of our unit. That gap wasn’t there before.
I tried for months trying to get in touch with facility manager regarding different things and never got any response. Tried calling many times and emailing and nothing. Recently found mouse/rat droppings in my unit and was unable to get through to anyone so I contacted customer service who filed a report for me and told me the manager would get back to me within 72 hours and nothing.
I got a 10 foot truck and the mileage was supposed to be.79 they charged me .99 and i filled up the tank and gave me bo credit. Dont recommend this site. They are rude
sad whne a rep takes your card information and doesnt even process your payment. not to mention that I had to call corporate just to get any of the issues resolved...thanks the brilliant rep that just helped...mad i didnt catch your name!!!!

Rat Infestation- Will Not Accomodate- Due Not Rent Here really wouldn’t move me to a unit with no rats, rat droppings or rat catcher Box’s. Called customer service immediately they told me go cancel reservation
Found that mice or rats had gotten into our unit. This after the price was raised for improvements and pest control. Not acceptable.
