1 star, I wasn’t able to prorate my cube storage for me to leave April 2nd. So I had to pay the ENTIRE month of April even though my belongings will not be there. The General Manager couldn’t do anything to help me and pressured me into getting the storage before the 1st of February when I signed up , even though I didn’t move my stuff in until the 1st of February and I expressed that I wouldn’t be moving my belongings in until the 1st of February.

Beware if your storing for more than just a couple months. I had started renting a 10x20 unit back in March. However by the time July’s bill had come out they had hiked up my rate by 35%! No warning no nothing, just a one month notice that I got in the mail of all things(nothing electronic at all was sent to notify me which definitely seems a little sneaky).

30% price increase, Constantly being upsold. It wasn’t a good experience. I will say the facility is the cleanest one in Rochester, but i can’t rate any higher do to my rental experience.
