Marshall moving company treated my belongings like trash! My furniture got badly scratched. I had many things broken. I’m missing things. They extremely over charged. I paid $1,100 for packing supplies that weren’t used. They didn’t even bother to pack anything. They wrapped shelves and cabinets with plastic wrap with everything on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MARSHALL MOVING COMANY!!!!!!! The public adjuster that was supposed to be handling our insurance claim hired Marshall moving company. We did not.
Jessie, I tried to look you up in our system but we have no record of moving you. What name was your job listed under? Can you please contact me, that is not how we operate or do the job at Marshall Moving Services. This is very upsetting, and if this happened we would like to fix it.
We have been waiting on furniture to be repaired/replaced since May that they damaged during the move and tried to cover it up by tapping the leg back to my chair. Terrible experience! I asked the owner what he thought was fair after we saw the things they damaged and keep in mind we did buy the extra insurance. That is a joke. He said give me a chance to fix it! We are now in October! No response, no nothing! Some guy came and picked up the leg to one of my dinning chairs about a month ago. Still nothing!
Do not use these people for a long distance move Moved from Bay St Louis to Abilene Tx and had to put my stuff in storage until I found a place of my own. Covid hit and everything went crazy so took a long time to find a property Was 3 years my stuff was in storage and when I got everything out I was missing a lot of things of that was supposed to be there Tools , kitchen items,cookers, etc I knew there was no need to complain after 3 years so potential customers just beware and inventory everything you possibly…
Marshal was supposed to schedule with me a time to see the stairway to a third floor where my piano was supposed to b going. Getting this person was next to impossible and when he finally responded via text, I suggested a day and time, but I never heard back from him.
Lourdes, we apologize for the lack of communication. Please know that this is an isolated incident and not in alignment with how we conduct business. We had been in discussions with the third-party and should have gotten back to you with updates in a more timely manner.
Terrible, hit me up non stop and then when I was ready they didn't follow through... Was told we would hear from Margaret , never did... Nothing but excuses... Terrible experience...

I highly recommend this moving company. The gentleman who moved us were professional, quick and careful with our stuff. They packed us up and unpacked us. Our belongings were packed secure and labeled well and unpacked carefully and they were very efficient. I hope not to need their services anywhere in the near future, however, I would never move again without using Marshall's, they took a lot of the stress off of us. Thank you Chunky, Sam and the rest of the Marshall's team.

I can never properly express my sincere appreciation and deepest satisfaction with working with Marshall’s Moving. Our move was an emotional move as we were moving my mother to an Assisted Living Facility. Sam and Travis were amazing!! They were polite, professional and even funny! Which helped lighten our hearts a bit. They made possible, what would have been impossible without their help. Look no further if you need help with any type of move.
Marshall Moving was fantastic!! Sam and Chunky showed up on time and worked hard until the truck was loaded! I received notifications from beginning to end of the trip. I only had a couple minor things that chipped or cracked due to my packing than their fault. I will highly recommend Marshall Moving to everyone!! Thank you so much!

The staff’s faith-based approach to service set the tone for my moving experience. I had a moment of peace through the move because of their EXCELLENT service. Fast, friendly, very affordable. Another company gave a quote 5 times more expensive than Marshall’s quote. I appreciate a company that understands the customer’s needs and has the flexibility to adjust their service around my needs. I almost never leave a review for service. But this company deserves my deepest appreciation.
