Martin Moving and Storage claim that “they treat your possessions like their own”, is sadly a true statement. Martin hires known felons and one stole my jewelry and money in a move. Martin then told me “seniors sometimes misplace their belongings”, refusing to believe me - It wasn’t until the police identified the thief, and by then my jewelry and other family heirlooms were long gone. And I know for a fact that I am not the only victim of their larceny.
I love the people at Martin Movers, but my family had an unfortunate experience recently when they packed and shipped my mother's belongings to various children and grandchildren. Several shipments arrived smashed - clearly not packed properly. Watch carefully!
After receiving correspondence from Mr. Crum on 9/30/2019 we immediately sent out two refunds checks to persons that had damage to replace items. One was for $136.00 the other $393.00. It should noted that there was no damage before it … More

I rarely leave reviews, but Martin Moving & Storage Co definitely earned this one. Our moving day had one big challenge a huge sectional sofa that barely fit through the apartment door. I was convinced it wouldn’t make it out without damage. The crew stayed calm, carefully wrapped it, and somehow maneuvered it through the tight hallway like pros. They were quick, respectful of our things, and even finished earlier than expected. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Moving day started with rain and I thought it was going to be a disaster, but the crew handled everything so well. They covered the floors, protected the furniture, and kept things moving quickly despite the weather. What impressed me most was how careful they were with the fragile boxes and how organized the whole process felt. Nothing was damaged and they even helped position a few items in the new place.
