My first red flag should have been obvious... I had emailed Move Clean Organize, but after a few days I had no response... Typical of lazy businesses these days, so I called them. I had arranged with Jason to use them for moving. I was selling my home and he was able to set a date on the weekend before closing. Second red flag, took multiple emails to confirm with him the week I was moving that he was still going to show up, but he did finally confirm about 3 days ahead of moving day.
Please contact me to resolve this. We have no record of a move in your name, and we have sadly had our company "spoofed" by former employees to perform illegal moves. … More
Unfortunately, I cannot speak too highly of this company. I hired them for a 15min local move, and walked away with a broken tv and a lack of care and remorse from the owner. According to them, there’s nothing they could have done to damage it and there was no negligence, but somehow it was still damaged. Was he implying it was broken prior to the move? You decide how you interpret that message. But it surely was not. Astonishing to see the lack of accountability honestly.
I understand why Anthony wrote this. I wouldn't be pleased with a broken TV either. However, Anthony was clearly informed of our policies, consummate with any business in the moving industry, and agreed to by Anthony electronically. … More
We used them a couple years ago and what a horrid experience… It’s still an on going joke now with friends and other people I’ve told. Call up and request a date and time with two movers and a 26ft truck. They show up with a pickup truck and a trailer and state that the truck broke down the day before. Instead of being a 5-6hr move where you can fill up the truck in one shot and unload. It took them 10hrs and load up the trailer and unload 4 times!!! Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.
Customer was compensated approximately $450 (40% of the total bill) on a 88° day with dangerously high humidity. The homes were less than a mile apart, and we as a company would never put human beings at risk for the sake of expediency. … More

They were reliable, punctual, and hard working. The pricing is transparent and offers excellent value. Go to the website, it's all there. Jason's exceptional service was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in humanity!

Move. Clean. Organize. did an amazing job with my recent move! Jason and his team were friendly, efficient, and well organized. Not only was nothing damaged during the move, but they even fixed a part of my sofa that I had never been able to put together correctly in the first place. So they actually left my furniture in better condition than it was before.

I used Move. Clean. Organize 3 years ago and they did an amazing job. When it was time to move again I knew who to call. Jason was communicative from the start. Him and his team went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Our move was less than ideal moving from a 3rd floor. Throw in 95 degree heat, and it was not easy. But they did a better job than I could have ever imagined. They were professional and worked so hard. I am so grateful for how smooth the move went.
Was impressed by Jason and his team. Needed to have a recliner sofa moved from a seller's condo to my home. It was done in a such a safe and efficient manner that the seller ended up asking for his business card to use him for her entire move. Very happy with their professionalism and nothing was damaged. The price was fantastic in comparison to other companies and Jason was very responsive to emails and texts. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
