The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 100% | |

| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 8 four and five star reviews we have read for New England Piano Movers. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
They moved a console piano for me from Torrington to Simsbury. I had phoned 3 movers and found NEPM to be the most reasonably priced. It was very easy to schedule and the communication about the move went smoothly. The movers were careful with the piano, respectful and on time.
Thank you, happy to help with your piano move.
New England Piano movers helped with a task I was worried might be impossible: an upright piano, square piano, electric organ, and pipe organ (console, pedals, and pipes!) successfully moved into storage - and much of that was coming from the second floor! Hardworking, communicative, reasonably priced, and efficient - these guys were amazing. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Thank you, it was great working for you.
We used NE Piano Movers to move our treasured and old (circa 1890) Knabe Grand Piano from Connecticut to Boston recently. Their service was superb. They showed up on schedule, were very professional and delightful to detail with. The cost for their service was very reasonable. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Thank you Jon, it was a pleasure working with you.
New England Piano Movers to the rescue! The NEPM team recently moved an upright acoustic piano for me and I couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. Ron was responsive over email and made the quote and booking process …
Thank you Rebecca, It was a pleasure doing business with you. Glad to help move your piano to its new home.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
