UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Connecticut

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. The storage unit was exactly as advertised—well-built, clean, and of outstanding quality. The entire process was smooth and professional, and their customer service was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Delivery and setup were handled efficiently, and everything was completed as promised. What impressed me most was the value.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience using Units of Connecticut. From the very first contact, their responsiveness stood out — questions were answered quickly and clearly, and scheduling was easy and efficient. Delivery was exactly as promised, on time and placed precisely where requested, which made the entire process stress-free. The storage unit itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained, far exceeding expectations.

So We’re in the process of Moving, Here in CT, and Signed up with “Guess Who” P_ _ S !! Was to be Delivered Yesterday, They Changed the Delivery, 4 Times on Us and It Never came 😡 They Said Their Next Date was June 27, The Closing is the 24th ! I was in a Panic and Jumped on the Internet and Found “UNITS” ! I Called and Talked to Jeff, that was at 9:43am Today, Our “Units” Delivery Guy, Kennedy was Here at 2:58 pm 🙏❤️😊😀 Wow, Over the Top, Knowledgeable, Safely Positioned the “UNITS” Container, I Realized, This…

Units was amazing! Easy, affordable, on time, polite, & professional. Zero hassle. We had originally planned our move container with a competitor but when that company failed us and left us hanging in limbo with no communication I called Units! Jeff was great! He immediately put us at ease and had a Unit out to us next day! The team communicated throughout the pricess so we knew when they would arrive. The Pick up and transport to our new house was equally seamless.
