In their own words
Tommy overcharges me by 1 extra hour. After multiple calls, he finally picks it up and refunds me. However after that I've found my mattress is broken as they fold it and wrap it like a burrito when moving it. I try to contact him back but my call goes straight to message. I'm pretty sure he blocks my number. What's a "great" way do handle your business and treat your customers. Also there are multiple stretches on my brand new wood flooring as well!
The customer service provided by Tommy is great however I'm only giving them 2 stars because of 3 big reasons: 1) We booked them at 10 am and they arrived 9.15 am. We were not ready for them and I tried to explain that my baby was sleeping and her nap ended at 10 am but they were pushy to get going. My husband was in the shower and he still needed to pack the last few things. Those 45 min were important for us, moving is already stressful as it is!
Hi Marylou, Thank you for your feedback. 1. When we arrived, we gave you a call before we start the moving. You just mentioned that we need to be quiet, and not to wake up your baby. We always a bit early to arrive the customeris address to get ready. 2.
Tommy came over to give me a quote and everything seemed fine and he said he would email me all the information. So here I am, counting on him as he has confirmed the date and time. I can’t lift anything heavy because of a herniated disc and I don’t have any family to help. He then cancels via a text and refuses to reply when I ask why. Then I called him as I couldn’t understand if it was because of another gig, my race, or something logistical or who knows.
We are sorry that we cannot provide the service to you. Due to the privacy policy, we cannot provide the reason to you here, but we already mentioned to you already. Also, we haven't sent you any confirmation for the moving, and did not take any deposit from you. Thank you for your comment.
An irresponsible team!!! I wouldn't recommend hiring them if you only have 10 pieces of luggage or less. They'll use illness as an excuse to cancel at the last minute. When I, in shock, asked when Tommy could come, he never replied to my WeChat messages… Tommy told me at the last minute that he couldn't come. When I asked again in shock when he could come, he never replied to my messages…

We used Match's moving service recently and were very pleased with them! Tommy provided a thorough, accurate and complementary estimate prior to us booking their services. He covered everything we need to know/expect, including clear pricing and tips and tricks on packing etc. Their pricing is also reasonable. Mark and Hunter were in charge of the move on the day of, while Tommy ensured nothing is stolen from the truck during the process.

Hands down the best team and moving service I’ve ever had! Honest, professional, efficient, highly skilled and organized, super careful, polite and just simply super nice and kind people :) Before the move, Tommy offered a complimentary visit to my home to provide a fair and accurate quotation. (unlike some companies that suddenly charge you extras on the day and threaten not to move your stuff if you don’t pay extra - which I’ve experienced).

Today we have arranged our first home moving with Match Moving. I was very impressed with the Trio (Tommy, Mark and Hunter) professional attitude. They were best team ! First, Tommy came by for the estimation, and he explain the pricing and insurance coverage throughly. On the day, they arrive 15mins early, and quickly Hunter and Mark start loading, during the move, they were very careful with our staff, wrapping, taping, and even use mattress protective bag.
