In their own words
No show without notice or response. Argumentative and unprofessional. Anyone who cares so little about their business to not show up for work, and not even call, is never worth hiring. Avoid. This is a follow up to the owners' response: The owner's response below exemplifies my prior comments - argumentative and unprofessional. I'll add to that, apparently unwillling to accept responsibility for their actions and more than willing to intentionally mislead prospective clients.
Thank you

In their own words
I had an excellent experience with Matos Movers! From the moment I scheduled the move to the final delivery, the entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They handled everything with efficiency and respect, making what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and easy. The crew worked quickly but never rushed when it came to protecting furniture and fragile items. They wrapped everything properly and made sure nothing was damaged during the move.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently hired Matos Moving Company for my move, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From the start, they were incredibly kind and professional. They arrived on time and were very reliable throughout the entire process. Their prices were fantastic, offering great value for such excellent service. What stood out the most was how carefully they handled my belongings. It’s clear they take pride in their work, treating my items with the utmost care.

I highly recommend Matos Movers!! Batista and his helper did an outstanding job with my move. They arrived exactly on time, were professional, courteous, and had a wonderful attitude from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently while taking great care of all of my furniture and belongings. What impressed me the most was how careful and attentive they were.
Thank you
Batista and his assistant moved my sister, Joanne, recently. I was there to help her and we agreed - the experience with Batista was absolutely fantastic in so many ways. Batista was very professional, prompt and responsive to her pre-move phone calls. Not only was he friendly, courteous and positive - his attention to every detail was extraordinary. His in person, pre-move assessment and estimate were thorough and his price most appropriate.
Your positive feedback made our day! We're thrilled to hear about the fantastic moving experience you had. It's wonderful to know that everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and care.
