Spoke with Tony on an estimate a few days ago and he said to send him an email with the things I have and I did. He claims he sent the estimate but didn’t. Confirmed email with him and it was correct. Even checked the spam folder, nothing there. I even texted him the email again just in case. He said he’d get back to me with an estimate later that day and he didn’t. Called back the next day and left a message and he didn’t call me back.

Unfortunately, the company does not follow up with potential customers. I chose Maya's because of good reviews. I was trying to get a quote. First time I called, someone answered (very polite), and asked me to upload photos of items I wanted moved. I sent the photos via email and got no response. Over the next few days I followed up with another email and left multiple voicemails and got no response. I'll have to contact a different company.

Maya’s Movers made moving easy. After reading the reviews, they were my only call and I am so happy with the process. The team that showed up was friendly, hardworking, systematic and knowledgeable about moving. The truck was huge and clean. In all of our past moves, I have never seen a truck packed so quickly and meticulously. They took care of our belongings while loading and unloading. Communication was great, and it was a bonus when Tony stopped by to check-in during the move and make sure we were satisfied.

Mayas Movers did a quick, careful same day move a few days before Easter for us. They wrapped everything carefully, left the home and delivered our furniture safely. I had such a great experience with Maya's movers. Found them through NextDoor, and their pricing was comparable with other local movers. I used them for a move from PA-MD and they were prompt, speedy, and the guys were all super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We needed to get a pull out sofa and love seat moved from our basement into our garage for donation to Off the Streets - Lancaster. Tony was able to fit us into their schedule on short notice and his crew took care of it in no time. They were professional and courteous.
