In their own words
To any who come here looking for whether or not to hire this company for your move: BEWARE. In 2019 I had to move from my one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment that was quite literally 4.5 miles down the road. I spent some time researching a moving company with reasonable price and a good reputation and i was referred here by a friend and turns out they had pretty good rate, i thought it was too good to be true.
Our claim department sent a letter stating we sincerely regret that it was necessary for you to file a claim for loss or damage during your move. Your claim was settled based on the liability coverage noted and signed for on your Bill of Lading.
Be VERY careful with this company! We unfortunately used them in September 2019. The workers seemed nice, but wow were we foolish to trust them. They changed the price mid-move with our items still in their truck saying they had to because it was taking longer than they thought - But that was because only half of the staff worked at all, while the other half sat, watched and complained about being too sore to do their job.
As per our official auditable records, the following items were applicable to your move on 7 Sep 2019. We are only responding to items which you have indicated in your Yelp and Google posts. - MBM Enterprises estimated your original move at 8 hours labor.
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!! Was originally quoted $500 (give or take) for packing and moving our 1 bedroom apartment. Was told this move should take between 4-5 hours from start to finish. They sent two men out on day of move and both said they needed more help and larger truck before even starting. After about 3.5 hours I began to physically help the movers with my stuff because we had not even finished packing up half of the apartment at that time.
We are a family owned business and pride ourselves with customer service and a fair price. We appreciate all feedback. Please note the following responses as documented within your move files: Your initial quote and basis of estimate was established solely on the information provided during a phone…
DON''T USE MBM MOVERS! THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE TO MY FURNITURE. I SUBMITTED PICTURES AND THEY RESPONDED BY SAYING THEY DID NOT DO THE DAMAGE. $3,000 DOLLARS IN DAMAGES. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. CLEARLY UNETHICAL MEN!!!!!!
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are not happy with our services. We take Pride in providing an Excellent Service at a Great Price.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
About a year ago, we moved from Orlando to Miami, Florida. It was a quick move with little notice but Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful and provided a quick response to our short notice request. The MBM team arrived on time, there was no surprise charges, and all of our furniture made it safely without any damage. They carefully handled and set in place all the items per our request. We were so impressed with the fair rates, friendly and excellent service that we are using them again to move back to Orlando.
Thank you for the Review.
MBM Enterprises Saved the Day! We were faced with the nearly impossible challenge of moving two businesses in three days with nearly no notice. On top of that one of the days we had to move was in the middle of a holiday weekend! Thankfully we had recently spoken with MBM Enterprises about moving some equipment for us and it turns out they were able to do the entire move—quickly, professionally and under budget!
Thank You.
We hired MBM Enterprises to move boxed items from a storage unit to our new condo. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. The office staff were very responsive and efficient in getting us an estimate and then in getting us a necessary COI. Joe and Abe were the movers assigned to us and they were really great. They were on time, very careful with our items and our property and really, just nice guys. And they were patient with heavy use of a single elevator.
We are glad you are happy with the service we provided you.
A year ago on Saturday, the day before Father's Day, we were scheduled to move my entire household (4Bd/3Ba, 3,400 sq/ft including a Grand Piano) from Merrit Island to Viera. On the delivery day, at 7am, I got a phone call from the moving company to the surprise to heard they canceled my move due to crew sickness. I called every moving company around with no luck. Someone recommended me MBM and immediately Mike and Brenda was able to gather a crew of 4 angels to make the move possible (on Father's Day Sunday).
Thank you very much
