Just Move It moved my new neighbor across the street into her new home last week. When they departed, The driver failed to ask the new neighbor to move her car out of his path to exit her driveway and took a wide sweep through my front yard leaving large deep and long ruts five feet into my front yard. I contacted the company, sent an estimate to repair the sod by my landscape company and was told the owner would return my call that day. Today is Monday.
Hi Sam, While I appreciate your review, it is untrue. We record our phone calls therefore we have a recording of you cursing me out on the phone and hanging up on me before we could resolve the issue. My office manager had already told you that we would pay to repair your yard.
I had used JMI in the past for an easy local move, and had been happy with service. Recently, used again for a larger and long distance move. Be warned. Two large boxes with multiple household items never arrived and when I addressed this with the owner was not only accused of lying but then essentially gaslit that this was not what he was saying. No apologies, no attempt to figure out where my actual belongings were.
Lindsey, We have been working with you for days on this and we have attempted to locate these boxes you say are missing. We have made many many attempts to figure this out. We have also apologized many times for this incident.
My experience with them was not good. I was quoted @ $250 to remove 2 mattresses and box springs but was charged $500 just to take them away. The guys were great but I would not recommend them or use them again!
Hi Karen. When you threatened me by saying you were going to leave a bad review if I didn't lower the price (that you had already agreed to), I knew there was not going to be any way to solve this issue.
Rob was very nice in the beginning but when we had an issue with the movers not putting at least 20 boxes in the garage as opposed to the rooma that were marked on rhe boxes it somehow became our fault. He called it a miscommunication because the boxes had been in the garage to load. We did that to help the movers, per Rob's suggestion, when he gave ua quote. The movers stated that the second truck was garage items and rhey would put them all in our garage.

Absolutely amazing group of guys! The care they showed while packing and moving our belongs is really indicative of the pride they take in their work. It felt so amazing with all the other tasks involved in moving to trust Stetson with our furniture. Great value easpecially for the peace of mind! Offered while our stuff was still on the truck to give us a bonus if webgave them a good review. But thats when our stuff got damaged and no discount

Used Just Move It for a recent last minute move, and just before the holidays. They were able to fit us in and were very quick to respond with a quote. Shannon in the office was a great help and always ready to answer any questions or concerns. The crew on the day of the move were great too! They joked around and had fun but always remained professional and on task. They were polite and very efficient. They worked quickly and carefully and came in under the estimate!!

Over the years, my wife and I have moved numerous times. We have used quite an array of movers located in several states. We classify movers into three groups: Good, Bad, and Somewhere In Between. The vast majority of movers fall into the "Somewhere In Between" category. Recently, however, we discovered an entirely new category: EXCELLENT! This happened when we contracted with "Just Move It" to make a very large move for us, and they performed spectacularly!

Excellent service and staff. My experience was fantastic throughout the entire process. To highlight: Sales and pricing - Pricing was reasonable, booking was very easy and quick, and the sales representative was excellent (extremely nice and very thorough with all the details for me to consider for the move). He communicated with me frequently from the time of booking all the way to after the move. He checked in to ensure things went well. Move day - The crew that did my move was awesome.
