We had a terrible experience with Meathead Movers from start to finish. They broke our treadmill, damaged our headphones, and repeatedly failed to follow basic instructions during the move. What was most upsetting, though, was the pricing bait-and-switch. We were quoted a daily maximum, only to be presented with a bill nearly double that amount close to 11:00 PM the night of the move, when we were exhausted and under pressure.

WORST PACKERS I'VE EVER USED! (full review on Yelp) Move was 6/23/22. This was our 13th move in 12 years, and this one takes the cake.😠 SUMMARY PROS - Friendly, respectful employees. The girls who did our packing were very nice to me, and my kids loved them. They dressed professionally and used appropriate language. CONS- Terrible pack job.

It's been about two years since this happened, but when I looked at one of the irreparable pieces and furniture tonight and realized that I had never posted a review, I realized one was forthcoming. Not only did the movers cause this awful damage, but when I checked with them to see if I was too late to make a claim, they refused to return my communications. They were very nice at first, but once they realized that I had no recourse, refused to take my calls or return my email.
Where do I begin???? So many things to be unhappy about with Meathead Movers. Trevor came to the house and really did a good job selling us on the company he works for. Trevor said we would have two trucks, 6 movers, and three days of service. He said the movers would pack the wardrobe boxes and unpack them. He said they are professionals and would pack the trucks using all the materials and equipment needed- their trucks come with fasteners on the interior walls so everything will be secure.
Initially thought they had excellent service. On the day of our move they gave us our amount due, saying it was the total amount due. The amount did match the initial quote so we paid in full. We thought everything was good until a month later they called us saying we had an amount due. We were under the impression we had paid in full. Tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. Another month passed and our credit card was charged.

The claim is that the packing will take 3 and you pay $850+, if they go over it’s $ Max $1500 plus. We had 16 pieces to move, it took them over 2 hours to wrap the furniture. We moved 3 miles away, did not need all the wrapping. The 2 young …
Thank you for the feedback. It is our policy to ensure everything a padded and protected. We aim to take great care of all items. After looking hours worked by our crew, we worked 2.5 hours over the estimated time and we charged the agreed upon Not to Exceed price.
