Last year I hired this moving company to move my stuff and not only were they HOURS late for showing up but they were very unprofessional after the first truck load they tried to refuse to go into my old place and when that was finally delt with they had also broken my 55 inch smart TV and a collectable plate and even though they admitted to the plate they never reimbursed me and they denied the TV and I was out and on top of they they had to come back two days later to move more stuff and they didn't even move…
I checked the notes. We arrived at 5:00PM and your move was booked for a 3-5PM window of arrival. The movers started loading at 5:15 and completed one load. However yes, they refused to do the second load due to the sanitary conditions of your home.
These people are HORRENDOUS to deal with. We had booked 3 weeks in advance and were told that they would not cancel or just not show up because they are reliable and know exactly how hard it is to get movers last minute. Carey seemed very professional while talking on the phone but come the day of the move he was very unprofessional. I was told the movers would contact us the day of the move and let us know if they would be late. Come 4PM when we had booked them, I had heard NOTHING.
I am very sorry about your bad experience. The movers had actually shown up to your home but we were unable to get a hold of you at that time. You had called afterwards asking where they were but they had gone home.
I never write reviews, but hey always a first. I called to book a date. On the day I was supposed to move i get a call from one of the employees(not the manager) to cancel on me. He said we will make it the next day. so all my plans are screwed, what can i do at this point. Just wait. Next day comes, i call them to make sure they will show up. They said yes of course we have you booked in. 3 pm comes, and still no one shows. I call at 4 to see what's going on, manager said they are on there way.
Very sorry that your piano delivery didn’t work out. As we still are doing residential moves, we currently are facing a major labor shortage on piano movers. We had scheduled the movers in for your delivery but they refused last minute.
I'd leave a 0 if I could . Stuff wasn't put where it was to go, today I found out a box with a glass cross got dumped upside down, I wondered why there was change all over the ground. The bottom of the box was all sealed. The top had a gap. Change all over the ground and the glass cross to remember my deceased bf was broken. Thanks guys ..NOT!
Your box was not sealed, and your boxes were not properly packed. It is no surprise to us that leaving glass ornaments without protection beside open top change jars could result in spillage or glass ornaments breaking.

We hired 4 movers with 2 trucks. The first 2 men showed up with their truck on time, as planned. They worked their butts off, very carefully and efficiently packing our items into their truck. After unloading this into our garage, they went to location #2. The second truck with the other two movers showed up a bit later. They did not work as quickly and didn't seem to take care as much. I contacted the company directly and we were charged according to who showed up and when.
I highly recommend this moving company! Mega movers helped me retrieve my valuables from a remote area of Northern Manitoba and they did an amazing job. I was in BC at the time and they helped me coordinate the move from far away. Carey kept good communication with me and his moving team were professional throughout the whole process. They picked up my items, brought them back to Saskatoon and stored them for a month. I felt like they went the extra mile for me. I would recommend this moving company to anyone!

Good price, great service!!! They arrived at the scheduled time to service our move to a different city! They were fast, professional and treated our things with care.
Well , after doing my homework trying to figure out which movers to use this time, everything pointed to Mega Movers. I am sure glad I chose Mega Movers , the guys showed up with a nice well maintained truck ,on time (even a little early) with smiles and friendly positve attitudes. Showing up like that with proper moving equipment can make or break a movers quality of work they do.
