We chose this company based on the reviews here. What a disappointment! Our initial quote was way off even though we pointed out everything that was to be moved. After creating our own inventory and providing it to the company, we thought a more accurate quote was obtained. Moving day arrived and we were provided 5 guys to move a 1888 sf house and basement 15 miles. Other than some lamps, paintings and mirrors, pretty much everything else was already packed and ready to go.

We had so many things that were damaged Finley said we should have bought the $3000 insurance to cover things. After paying $10500 to move us from Boone to Bolivia N.C. We had a custom made cabinet that was scratched all across the front, dining room table was scratched plus multiple other things that were broken. These were in bubble wrap which were broken in the move.

Highly recommend this group. We hired them to move our 3 bed 2 bath home from Boone to Hickory. Even brought a second truck to move our large outdoor playscape. They took impeccable care of our belongings and our home. They showed up on time and were very efficient. It takes a lot of skill to load those trucks as well as they did. Very impressive. They’re all also very compassionate and kind! Brandon and Ben both communicated very well and were quick to respond to questions.

The team at MMM is great! Having Fin (one of the owners) come out and give a quote in person said a lot about how much these guys care about their customers. On moving day the guys showed up early and were very careful with my property which I appreciated. I had the pleasure of talking with Ben (the other owner) to settle the bill and he came back with a final number that was even lower than the quote. These guys completely blew my expectations on the moving experience!

Moving my elderly father from SC to PA was something our family was very anxious about, but this company exceeded every expectation we had. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled every item with incredible care. They took extra time to make sure my father felt comfortable throughout the process and never made him feel rushed or overwhelmed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always knew where everything stood during the long-distance move.
