Update: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Contacted HR with all evidence and details and they did nothing. They tried for several weeks to call and text for payment without acknowledging or fixing the problem. Please do not use them! They are scammers. I wish I could do negative stars. This company was extremely unprofessional after the fact. I was quoted a certain price for exactly what was loaded/unloaded. Including amount of bedrooms, heavy/light products and type of buildings and access for move.

1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this moving company. I chose this company because they appeared professional, reliable, insured, and advertised themselves as **“100% damage free.”** I’ve used professional movers several times over the past 10 years, and this was by far my worst experience. Johnny was initially very responsive and flexible when arranging my move. However, the day before, I was told the movers would arrive around 11:30–12:30.

Update: 4 months later I'm still having nightmares about this move. Please steer clear of this mess of a company. Staff were very nice and were on time. Coordinator was also very available. Other than that, I wish I could say something positive about this company. Excruciatingly slow. Packers did not communicate with movers, causing so much delay. Terrible packing. I had to tell them to wrap everything and to write down content/room on each box. Movers fought in public. OMG so slow.

I have moved dozens of times and this was hands down the worst. Movers arrived 3 hours late, with no communication. Eventually I reached out to the office to get an update and was told they'd be another hour before they arrive. There were 3 guys, 2 to move, 1 driver. The driver is a creep - just stood around, in the house in the way, nosing around the house, and staring. Total creep vibes. I took a 20 minute video of him wandering around behind me staring, doing nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I hired this company for a move on January 23rd, 2026. During the move, their staff caused damage to both my home and furniture. The house had just been freshly painted prior to the move, which makes the new damage even more obvious. I raised the issue immediately while they were still on site, and the movers acknowledged the damage. They even begged us not to report it to their management.

Had this company move a bedroom and kitchen tables into my Uhaul. Was quoted a flat rate of $560 for three hours. We set the meeting time at noon and the movers showed up at 1:07 pm. The majority of the move was completed by 2:25 pm with only a few items remaining, at which point the movers told me they were going for a "smoke" break. I decided to complete virtually the balance of the move myself and the movers finally came back at 2:50 pm. Move was completed before 3 pm.

Movers need to work faster and smarter. I could have moved with 3 friends just as fast, professional movers should hustle not walk leisurely to get a box. My European furniture was not wrapped with blankets and were damaged from being scrapped and rubbed around on the truck. The boys were polite but it didn't feel like they were professionals. It took way too long and way way too expensive to move this amount of stuff with 3 additional people (6 hours with everything packed and ready to go).

Professional and efficient. Helped me move from Gatineau to Ottawa all within 3 hours. HOWEVER make sure you check and double check and triple check what the final price would be. Based on quotes, I was expecting to pay about $500. Ended up paying $800. I think they charged per hour, per mover which was NOT how their pricing was communicated to me.
