The rating breakdown
0 of the 24 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Mezzo Piano Tuning are one or two star.
Worked out from 24 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Skilled and careful! Arrived on time and communicated what he was doing and why!
Jay did an outstanding job tuning our older piano, which hadn’t been serviced in quite some time. His attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided helpful recommendations for future care and maintenance. The piano sounds wonderful now! I highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy piano tuner.
I had a great experience with Jay. He troubleshot some issues with my piano very quickly and was good at explaining things.
I feel like I have a new instrument -- and at a steal of a deal. My piano is about 100 years old, the upper registers were very flat, the action was too light, and a couple of keys had broken hammers. While still great for practicing basics, it was overdue for some TLC. The sounds are much cleaner, the touch better, and the keys ringing again. The other perk was being able to learn more about my piano. Jay knows so much about the different types of pianos and was very happy to share his knowledge with me.
