WARNING ⚠️ Do Not Use. The box is not water or air or moisture proof. All of their ads and website say keep your stuff safe any location. Lies. The company is horrible. The owners are rude and provide no help. I lost thousands of dollars of home goods and clothes due to the box holding water leaking inside and growing mold over everything. The ads and every page of the website said waterproof and weatherproof. When shown proof the owner said I was silly to think it would be weatherproof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the loss you describe. We understand how upsetting property damage can be. That said, we want to clarify several important facts for anyone reading this review.

In their own words
After searching for different pod options, I was lucky to find MI BOX. They are professional, curtious and on time. The fees I was told were straight forward with no hidden cost at the end. It was a pleasure speaking to Jennifer and she was very accommodating to our needs of dates and times. They were very careful with our boxed items and had zero damage to any of our stuff. I highly recommend their services and if I ever move again, I will definitely be giving them a call.
Yay!!! We LOVE happy customers! Thank you for trusting MI-BOX with your move. We are grateful for both your business & this amazing review!
I recently rented a 20' MI-BOX unit for a garage cleanout. With my order, I kept the unit onsite for a month (as opposed to have them pick it up & store the contents elsewhere). So the process was deliver the unit, leave with me for a month, then pick up. Over the years, I've tackled this same project without the aid of one of these storage units.
Thank you for sharing your MI-BOX experience with the world! Happy customers are our number one priority, and we are thrilled to add your name to our list! The goal of a MI-BOX portable storage pod is to make your life a little bit easier.
Moving and storage could not have been a more pleasant experience. Excellent communication, on-time delivery, and exceeding my expectations throughout the entire relocation process. Phenomenal attention to detail and exceptional customer service- Very grateful to work with such seasoned professionals!
Wow! We LOVE happy customers and are so grateful for you. Thank you for trusting MI-BOX with your move! Congratulations on your new home.
We’ve been using this storage box company for our commercial needs in the emergency services restoration industry for years, and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service is truly unmatched — you always get a real person on the phone, never a robot, and Jennifer is an absolute lifesaver. She somehow manages to pull off our large, last-minute orders with ease, even when we give her little to no notice. I don't know how she does it!
Shelby, thank you so much for the incredible 5-star review! We truly appreciate your restoration company trusting us with your commercial storage needs for the past 7 years. Partnering with a team in the emergency services and restoration industry that works as hard as you do is something we never…
