Under any circumstances, do not hire this person and this business to move you.I wouldn’t have him move a toaster, We booked a move with Keith at Mickey’s a month before our move date. He never mentioned he had other moves scheduled for that day. We called him and gave him many opportunities to come by and evaluate the job. He never came by he wouldn’t return calls and finally when we kept calling and didn’t get a hold of him, he said he didn’t need to come by. I even told him it was going to be a difficult move.
No communication after the booking, show up late & without equipment. Complained the whole time. Said three strong guys. Brought one and a half. Then tried charging 210/hr after quoting 85/hr. Dropped fragile item. NOT recommended! Used as a subcontractor and almost lost the contract.
We thought they were doing well and knew what they were doing. Tipped them well for their service. Turns out they didn’t. We unloaded damaged furniture. Antique almost unrepairable furniture. Reached out with our concerns and complaints. …
Terrible moving experience ! Late with both trucks. Terrible language and missing tools and miscellaneous items. Owner did not do a follow up after calling to question where the items were. All at a low price pf $1100.
Couldn't be more disappointed with the service I had with Mickey's transfer. I had some appliances delivered. I found out later, they arrived and left 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I was told to sit and wait for 3 hours (I had taken time of work). To deliver the Washer & dryer, they removed my closet doors.
Slow unprofessional breaks furniture says that always happens, they’ll set your TV with the screen leaning against the pieces of wood, they will ask you to take some stuff in your own vehicle at 150 an hour I don’t know how three hours …
Horrible service. Owner uses foul language to paying customers as well as employees drinking on the job. I would NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REPORTED RO BBB
I'd give a negative star rating if I could. These guys are ignorant and blocked my vehicle in when they were moving someone …

Mickey’s Transport was fantastic. Not only did they step in at the last minute after another moving company bailed with just 1.5 days’ notice, but they also arrived early, handled our fragile items with great care while loading the U-Haul, and worked efficiently, even finishing ahead of schedule. And to top it off, they didn’t even want to charge us for the full hour. Wow. That’s customer service to the nth degree! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is what great service looks like!!
10/10 experience, not only did they take precautions to freshly cleaned carpet, nothing was broken, no walls scratched & they where unbelievably fast when it came to our large move. will definitely be using them in the future!! these guys are wicked!
