The VERY WORST. THE VERY WORST. The way my belongings were put into my storage and the amount of damage that was done to my things and IRREPLACEABLE family heirlooms and family history was very costly and heartbreaking. I tried tried to get help. Trying to get any response from this company was impossible and I received no replies to my numerous texts and emails. Think TWICE before you use these people to move your possessions.
Hi Jennifer, I am not sure how you have been attempting to send communication but I have only received one email from you. I received it on Thursday November 7th at 11:14pm. I responded on Friday November 8th at 8:40am requesting additional information for a damage claim.
I can't speak for anyone else. But for my experience, companies better name, better late than network have had my package for 2 days now. Communication during working hours is non-existent. They will call you after they can. No longer begin service view. That day promised to deliver the next day, with no communication and no delivery. Of course. At some point I imagine my package will show up if it was within my power.I would simply transfer to another mover, would not recommend this company
Rick, we sincerely apologize for your negative experience with Micro Movers. We received your Saatva mattress on January 6th, and delivery was completed on January 8th. After the mattress arrived, our team made multiple attempts to contact you to schedule delivery.

I used the Boise Micro Movers twice while living in Boise. They moved me into my apartment and because I was so impressed, I had them move me out when I moved out. They have fast and friendly service. They arrived on time, carefully handled my items, and their prices are unbeatable. When I moved out, they stacked boxes perfectly in my moving truck. The only thing they could have done differently would be to stack the heavy boxes underneath my wardrobe boxes.

Tyler and Michael provided an outstanding and quick moving experience for my boyfriend and I today. Very personable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. I've used this company twice within the past 6 weeks and they have been awesome. They were timely and efficient, and were great with communicating the process, pricing, and timing with me. I would definitely recommend this company. Always friendly and easy to coordinate with!
If you're looking for a moving warehouse with a team that truly goes above and beyond, I can't recommend this crew enough. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, care, and energy that completely exceeded my expectations. Marie was incredibly organized and attentive from the moment I reached out for a warehouse tour and quote. She helped ensure that everything was scheduled smoothly, and made sure I had all the information I needed before our installation.
