In their own words
I had no problem with this company as far as their service, although they arrived a little on both days, Luella and Michael were very professional, and for the most part handled our things with care. However, after we reviewed our bill, we were overcharged $125, and they damaged a 40" flatscreen tv. Initially, Teresa was very accomodating, and assured me that she would get the check in the mail the following Monday. for the overcharge, and make it right for the tv.
I tried to book them to help me load a uhaul for my move, and they told me that the original date I asked about was booked. However, when I asked about several other dates(because I can move the date of my move up) they have never responded. I have only been able to text Theresa, and they never seem to actually answer the phone so you can speak to someone. I feel like they are unprofessional, and that my business is unwanted.
Best wishes on your move. We weren’t able to accommodate your initial move dates. I offered an alternate date to you, and the message shows ‘read’. That was the last communication I have on record with you.
This was the absolute worst experience with a moving company. They broke several pieces of my furniture did not wrap anything as promised my white furniture is no longer white they took several breaks scratched several of my doors made several stains in my carpet. when I called the owner she promised she would get back with me never has gotten back with me called several times the company claims to be insured yet I’ve never heard back from them about covering any of the damage they’ve caused.
I scheduled a move with them at least ten days in advance; my lease was ending. I called to confirm the move the day before because I hadn't heard from them. They told me that they received an offer for a more profitable job and weren't going to show. There reason for not calling me was that they had not heard from me. Had to find another mover with less than a day. This was in 2016.
The movers were terrible!! Slow, rude, expensive. Ripped furniture, put boxes where I told them not to, and that was only moving half of our things.
Incredibly slow, very unprofessional and some items were damaged. 0/5, would NOT recommend them for moving services. Horrible experience.

There very nice people and very fair on the price to move your stuff I checked around a lot places this company is the best quick fast and polite very careful with moving the stuff set me up everything was perfect what more could you ask for I'm not ever using nobody else but them thanks bunches
Gave us a very reasonable estimate on a Monday. Said they would move us on the Friday after Christmas. We’re on time quick very conscientious, did t drop or damage anything. Estimated 8.75 hours and they did it in a little over 9 hours. I highly recommend them!
Move It was excellent. The move was for Buchanan County MU Extension Council. Moving our offices from St. Joseph to Easton, MO. Started at 8:30 AM and finished after 10:00 PM. They took great care of office desks and other furniture...taking them apart and then putting them back together. As the truck loading continue into late afternoon they called in additional help. Lewis and everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Louis met with me at my residence prior to the move. He gave me an estimate on how much the move would be. I found the estimate to be fair and reasonable. On moving day, I was surprised when I saw that his moving crew were women. They were absolutely amazing. Louis and his crew were careful with my belongings. I would recommend them to anyone.
