Very disappointed. They never called back nor emailed with info, brochures, estimate. Nothing. Not a great way to conduct business.
I called three times over the course of one week to book a time for my upcoming local move, leaving voicemails for Dave each time. I never received a call back, at all. Taking a few minutes to return a phone call from a potential client is a small gesture that speaks volumes to me about customer service and professionalism. I did not use this business, and made a final call to explain to them why. Upside - the lady answered the phone each time I called was very nice and friendly.
Delivery man wanted to assemble table and chairs in the hall of a seniors residence then talked back to me in a very degrading manner he said no Delivery

These guys were awesome!! They really went over and above for me to accommodate my needs when they didn't have to. Best service I've received from a moving company, hands down. I will definitely be contacting them when I move out of my apartment! :)
