P.S. for replying party - Funny how you stressed how important this was to you — and still no answer. That’s quite a hypocritical reply! Did you really expect me to wait that long to book storage? 10 days! You’re not the only option around. I’ve already gone with a company that knows how to respond on time. Absolutely do NOT recommend dealing with this company! They simply ignore emails — no response for days.

Disastrous customer service. Your condescension during discussions. I was asked to come on Saturday to see the chosen warehouse, and then I was scolded for arriving 20 minutes before closing time, simply to pay and leave. I apologized, but when we spoke twice during the week, no one told me I had to arrive at a specific time. In my opinion, 20 minutes is enough time to look around a single warehouse, pay, and leave. But I was told, "No, sir, what were you thinking?
I called today, April 19th, 2024, to get more information about their website promotion for a 5' x 5' mini-storage unit on the 2nd floor for $69.99/month, and as soon as I mentioned the price, the receptionist put me in my place, in a truly idiotic tone, thank you very much! "We don't have a storage unit at that price, ma'am!" I then read her what I had in front of me, and she replied, "I've never seen that, wait..." She came back after a few minutes to tell me, "We don't have one, but we'll do it for you at that…
We rented here from Spring 2020 - March 2022. The first year was fine, but this year we arrived to 3 inches of ice/water covering the entire cement floor of our outdoor unit. We have lost all belongings that were not in plastic bins. If you rent here, be cautious and protect your belongings properly.
Your marketing strategy of putting little pamphlets on car windshields is a really bad idea. It left a nice mark on my windshield.

The facility has moved across the street. The employees are friendly. I rented a 5x5 on the second floor, which isn't air-conditioned. You have to bring your own padlock. The first floor is air-conditioned, and there are discounts on lockers (accessible 24/7) right now (at least on the 5x5s, and they're on special). The facility is very secure; there are cameras everywhere. I recommend it!
I use this storage facility to keep the items of my decoration company and my experience has been excellent from the beginning. The space is always clean, well-maintained and secure. The staff is friendly, professional and always willing to help, which makes the entire process easy and reliable. I highly recommend this storage to anyone looking for a safe and well-managed place for personal or business items.
I've been using their services for a little over a year now and I'm still impressed with the service. Friendly, professional and the premises are easily accessible and clean. Their pricing is very competitive. I definitely recommend them.
