Scheduled in home estimate and company was a no call no show. When I called 30 minutes after scheduled appointment was told they were on the other line and would call me back in5 minutes. Never got a call back. Seriously?!

Hired this company to move in a new washing machine and they damage my new closet door and then never came back to fix it or offer a partial refund. We tried to call the company back and they said they would send out their handyman but they never did. Just got the run around.
We were doing a small last minute move. The move was scheduled for 3:00. I was told I would be getting three of their best workers. Well only two guys showed up at 6:00. The guys were nice but now the move would take longer due to only two of them and therefore more hours, more money. The contract that was sent to me noted the price of the truck and the hourly rate.

Hi Poulomi, we do the best we can to estimate on the high side so there are never surprises at the completion of your move but there are times traffic or weather can slow us down. There are times we need to send additional workers due to moves prior or after your move.
Terrible experience. They broke a door and got my mattresses dirty by dragging them on the ground. Never worked with a moving company that was reluctant to disassemble tables etc and reassemble beds on the other side. They carried my …

Poor Quality of people, I saw a move in with some guys into a place of business, and they are not only dressed with there Shorts down by there ankles but they are not proffesional about helping unpack and put items together.

Orlando and Gabriel were an amazing team! They were quick and efficient while also being very careful with the furniture. The setup with Dave was seamless. Everyone was professional, warm, and calm which was such a pleasure because any move can be stressful. They took the stress out of it and did a great job. Highly recommend.
The three man team showed up on time and got to work. They were clean and professional! Very nice guys who did a great job moving all my heavy stuff and precious artifacts. Highly recommend this company!
