The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Best storage facility around! I've stored here off and on over the years putting my kids through college and I'd never store anywhere else. The ladies in the office are the most friendly and helpful people you could hope to meet. It's easy to get to your unit and the grounds are well maintained. No surprise fees like bigger companies sneak in there and I'd always rather support a local family-owned business when I can.
Thank you for the kind review!
Have used this facility on several occasions. It’s well managed and maintained. I feel safe when using the space alone. It is monitored by the city police department. The only drawback is it is not air conditioned nor heated. But it’s convenient, clean and you can park right in front which makes loading and unloading easier.
