Do not use!!! The people working here are terrible and very inexperienced. They broke a bunch of my items, and took weeks to even respond in regard to fixing them. Overcharged me for poor service. Showed up late. Office staff is horrendous in terms of response time. I should have known to look elsewhere after speaking to their terribly unknowledgeable Salesman Chance. Do not recommend!
I just wanted to say that the guys working for this company were nice But the company it self was very unorganized. I had told when singing up with them that they could not use a large semi truck to move my items to Carolina because of the small and tight country roads. But they didn’t listen so once they got to Carolina they had to park the semi out on a local street and then off load all my stuff onto a smaller truck which was a triple move where they load up my stuff in Florida on a semi drive to Carolina off…
I remember you needed those items that night bc your mother needed a medical bed, so my crew got a shuttle which is very common by the way and we got you your items that night instead of the following morning. You then complain about the time and leave me a poor review. . .
I was very hopeful, but a little disappointed. I got my estimate from Chance and everything sounded great. He estimated four hours to pack up the house and then I had to drive to Deland and then probably three hours to unpack. Chance was not available for the move due to personal issue. The first thing the guys did was break the leg off of my chest of drawers and then the move took much longer.
If I could give Miracle Movers a negative 10 I would. They were the worst. When my furniture was delivered after being in storage at Miracle movers a lot of my contents were missing and my furniture had black marks all over the bottom areas and my flat screen tv was damaged. I contacted the manager and he had told me “we don’t mix other clients things with other peoples”. Then he sent me a video of the empty faults that my things were stored in.

This company was responive during the sales and leading up to move day however, unfortunately, there was damage to several items of furniture, and suddenly they became very unresponsive. This becomes extremely frustrating the longer it continues. I have moved many times, over long distances, and in and out of storage facilities, and never have had the amount of damage that occurred in a short local move with them. I believe it is because their packer is not well trained.
***EDITED DUE TO LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY*** I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately it was a rough experience all the way around. Movers showed up on time the first day ready to go except there was a big miscommunication with who was packing vs who was moving the house. The movers on site were very curious and helpful. They did their best to make it work for the day but they were also understandably upset with the lack of planning or coordination from the office.

Miracle Movers has moved my household effects two times. The first move was excellent. The 2nd move was given to MM based on the quality of the first move. PLEASE NOTE: 15 MONTHS AFTER BRINGING THE DAMAGES TO THEIR ATTENTION--MIRACLE MOVERS HAVE NOT PROVIDED REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, OR RESTITUTION FOR MISSING, BROKEN, OR DAMAGED ANTIQUE LAMPS AND FURNITURE. I was not informed of the damage on arrival, and they DID CONCEAL DAMAGES by placing items so the damage was not visible until I began setting up.

Be weary! Sketchy! Hires people then ignores them and owes them pay. Gross building in cape canaveral peoples things are stored in. Yes, I have video and pictures. I’ll post a few. Peoples items thrown ontop of each other. Boxes stacked way too tall. Sad

I am truly amazed with the hard work and professionalism of this company! I am a local Realtor and decided to use them for my personal move and could not be happier! The crew was timely, efficient, friendly, communicative, hard-working, and made the process seamless! They used blankets, wrap, hand trucks, etc. to make sure all of my furniture was moved safely without damage! I will absolutely recommend them to all of my clients moving!
I was referred to Miracle Movers by a friend. I contacted the owner, Chance , who was very prompt and caring about my situation. He had completely arranged everything that I needed within a couple of hours of us speaking. The price that he quoted me nearly blew me away and was exceptionally lower than the several companies I had contacted prior. His mover, Nick, went above and beyond my expectations.
Miracle movers was an incredible company to use for our move. We have a TON of stuff. Chance contacted me for a quote, ensured the job would get done in a timely manor, and provided a great price. The guys showed up on the day of moving and were extremely polite, timely, and took very good attention to detail. All three guys were very gentle with our belongings and that goes a long way in my eyes.
I would give 19 stars if you had them! I cannot say enough great things about Chance Kelly, and his moving company! Starting with the in-home visit to assess the job, Chance was thorough, efficient and professional. He explained in detail of the care that his crew would take with my furniture and possessions. On loading day, the crew worked quickly, but very carefully. They seem to have a plan and carried it out. They took great care in packing the TV and other fragile items.
