Posting on behalf of my grandparents. We have also filed complaints with the BBB, the North Carolina Attorney General's office, and the National Motor Carrier Safety Administration for bait and switching via pricing and false advertisement. Please please please avoid this company!!!! Update 12/18/25: We submitted a damages form 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received a response from Miracle Movers. — We hired Miracle Movers based on a referral from our realtor.
Do it use this company. I witnessed the immediate aftermath of these guys: everything from damaged door frames to bunching up rugs under heavy furniture all while giving her significant attitude and the company repeatedly failed to set things right. Also, the service ended up taking twice as long and double the cost as the estimate.

Review is for Miracle Movers of the Sandhills in NC. The first time I used them one year ago it was amazing and we couldn't have been more pleased, but WOW what a difference a year can make because this recent move was far from WONDERFUL! So much damage to my furniture. Lack of professionalism, lack of care for our personal possessions. Arrived close to noon for a 4 bedroom home that should have started at 9am. Sending only 2 men. Wrapping furniture in plastic wrap versus moving blankets.
We have moved numerous times between states and even internationally but the experience with Miracle Movers of Sandhills was, by far, the worst moving experience. I will leave a lengthy review below but if you’d like the short version here it is: This company is unprofessional, slow, will change the schedule last minute, doesn’t communicate well, movers are incapable of following directions, the operations manager is dismissive, and most of all, items will not end up where you want them to end up.
We hired Mircale Movers to help pack our UHaul. Minus a star for lack of clear communication regarding timing. The day before the move, MM called us and clearly stated that the movers will be there between 1pm and 3pm. But the next day, at 8:30AM, we get a call saying the movers are coming at 10:00AM. Minus a star for damaging the wall (and who knows what furniture during the move itself). Minus one star for dropping boxes down the stairs. Why am I paying someone to drop boxes down the stairs?
Miracle Mover's is a terrible moving company. They don't train their workers and try to make the whole crew pay for damage a new untrained person did. They have asked my husband to risk his life driving over 20 hours to get a truck back so they wouldn't have to get another rental which is against the law! They steal from customers all the time let it be your property or the cost of the move that went up thousands from what they tell you.
Do not use them for long distant moves. They literally broke or damaged all furniture we have. They talked us into not getting the extended insurance saying their movers take great care of everything and they didn’t. When we did reach out …

I hired them to help me clear out my storage unit and load everything into my U-Haul, and they made the entire process so much easier. They showed up exactly when they said they would and immediately got to work, handling everything carefully and staying organized the whole time.
