Scheduled me a month out for the initial appointment, then cancelled 30 minutes before they were set to arrive. Rescheduled me a month out again then cancelled again. Gave me two openings, one didn't work out with my availability which they knew and they had already booked the other day they offered. Very unprofessional.
Find someone else to service your piano. He rescheduled repeatedly, always a month out from the original appointment. When he did show up, he was late. Twice he did not bring the parts to fix our piano because he said he forgot them.

Ron tuned our piano today for the second time! Each time he is here, he's professional and friendly! He's very knowledgeable and explained everything to me! He is always quick to reply to emails for scheduling and arrives on time! Great value for the price as well. Our first tuning took forever because our piano had sat untuned for 10+ years and then was moved over a hundred miles. He did such a great job that my brother in law (musician) even applauded his work! Great job and Thanks again!
Would highly recommend Moore Piano for servicing your piano. Easy to schedule online and great communication. Ron and Zach were very helpful and efficient. The service was not as expensive as originally quoted and they let me know and only charged me for the services completed, which I know would not always happen elsewhere.
From beginning to end, our experience with Ron Moore was wonderful. His site was easy to navigate and the scheduling service was great. He was on time to our home and very professional. We were extremely happy with the results and price of his services. He fixed a minor issue with our piano, tuned it, and did a wonderful cleaning job. I hadn't thought that our piano needed cleaned previously, but I would recommend it! After he was done it looked a lot better. Very happy with Moore's piano service!
Ron was excellent. He arrived on time, was cordial and forthcoming with plenty of information on our piano and his craft. He took his time, spending meticulous hours on our tuning and cleaning. When the "pitch raise" wasn't needed, he promptly refunded a portion of our prepaid fee. All the players (and listeners) in our family think the piano sounds great, and we highly recommend Ron Moore.
