Absolutely horrible customer interaction here. My son’s apt complex hired this company to move students from one building to another a few months back. The guys were friendly and hard working. Today we showed up to be loved again and the guys on truck 6 were definitely not the same caliber of employee. The guy driving the truck very rudely told us “they don’t move small stuff” when I went to talk to the complex manager about his attitude he followed me into the other room and started to verbally accost me.

Motivated Movers were punctual and professional. They blanketed and plastic wrapped furniture and protected all valuables during the move. I highly recommend them! …
I had never heard of New Latitude until they came in my work with some of their marketing material. They did a fantastic job of moving my furniture in a timely and efficient manner! Especially moving furniture from a townhome all the way to a third floor apartment. I would highly recommend booking them for your next move

I would recommend New Latitude, the guys that did the move were professional, treated our belongs and home with respect. They were on time, took care in handing our furniture and boxes and made sure to protect the home from damage. Even when we had a disagreement on price Wesley worked with me to resolve in a very fair manner for both of us. I would definitely use again, as well as recommend to family and friends.

The young men who moved us out and those who moved us in could not have been more helpful, polite, efficient. I can't say enough good things about them. There were a couple of hick ups in scheduled times, but they came through in a timely fashion.
