I booked my move a month in advance and the movers still showed up late. I understand that things happen but our move in day was a very busy and tiring event... and it was delayed by poor communication and detail. I got a call the day before telling me they could not make it until the next day... then on the day of I had to call them to find out I was delayed for 3 hours when I was there waiting for them for 45 min at the crack of dawn.
The worst experience with this company . When I booked with the company I was quoted a certain amount (estimate )within a certain time frame (3 hours driving time) the movers were so focused on collecting the payment as soon as we got to the second location they waisted a full 45 min of the time that they were supposed to be moving my belongings .
The guys were nice, but unfortunately, I am updating my review after discovering my entertainment center was damaged, the bottom wood part was broken in three places, they lost the shelves to my entertainment center (they are no where to be found) so the entertainment center is pretty useless at this point. One of the guys asked for a large piece of furniture that we were getting rid of and never picked it up so we had to drive back to the old house to load it by ourselves in our truck so we didn't have to spend…
Quoted one price, charged another price. Box came up missing, called the driver his phone was disconnected. No help from management.
We had a disappointing experience with this company. We booked two movers to unload a full moving van into a storage unit, but there were several communication issues. The day before, we were given a wide 12–3pm window, which was difficult since we were driving four plus hours. The movers didn’t arrive until 3:45pm—well past the window—while we waited for 3 hours and 45 minutes in 90° heat with little communication. There was also confusion around pricing.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating delays and miscommunication can be especially after a long drive and in the heat. We’d like to clarify a few important points.
Unfortunately Move for less was not my experience it cost me MORE NOT LESS. My movers dropped an item down the stairs and it severely damaged a custom door. They said it would be taken care of and it was not! They refused to reimburse me for a similar door even from home depot. I was willing to find the most affordable matching door and had the item and price emailed.
The two people that came to my house were phenomenal. They were kind polite respectful they did a great job and they were careful with my things. An hour into it the employee stopped and told me he had to let me know that I only paid for 1 hour because 1 hour was for them to come from summerlin to my home. I had no idea and could care less how they got to my home they took the assignment on my address. I'm giving the company 1 star because they ripped me off.
Just had guys come help me move. Nice dudes but wow this company screwed me. Quoted less than $600 for a 4 hour move, it ended up being 5 hours due to the driver getting lost. The rang me up and charged me for 6 hours. Each 15 minutes after the 4 hours was an additional $40 which that price wasn’t disclosed to me. I still tipped the guys for doing a good job but ended up with a $1000 bill. Book them at your own discretion

I chose this company due to its reviews online and I am very glad I did. From start to finish it was a seamless process. Stephanie set up the appointment with Krystin who then came and did the walk through for the pricing. I was promptly contacted and received a very good price for the move. I signed the documents and set the date . Prior to the move I was contacted by scheduling for the start time. On moving day they arrived promptly Joe the foreman, Ray and Luis.
The movers were very hard workers and very pleasant to work with. They were careful with our belongings, which we appreciated. There was miscommunication about the start time which made us rush to be ready and then wait an extra hour. One of the dolly carts had caked mud on the wheels which left some dirt on our carpeting. It was a bit hectic directing where to place the boxes, so there are some large heavy ones that are on the wrong floor of the house.
This is not my first time using Move 4 Less because they really are terrific. From the communication of the estimate and the notifications the arrival, they are excellent. Each crew we used was just as great as the other. Today Tony and Carlos rocked it. They worked safely and efficiently, but also quickly. They really took care in what they were doing. Move 4 Less as become my go to movers!
I would say overall it went pretty well, but they came very late, six at night so I waited all day for them to come. The crew they were very nice though and it was a pleasure to do business with you. We cleaned out my moms house after her passing and sold our family home, I had found a card in the mailbox with your services.
