“Broke my bed frame and extremely unprofessional” 1. 1st off they came 2 hours late 2. After arriving owner Prince said, they don’t have much time and he has another task so they can’t move my baby crib because it will take time for them 3. Broke my bed’s frame!!!!!!!! Prince said they will send someone to check it today 11.11.2024 and now he is not even answering my calls. The broken side is inside and covered with outer layer and can’t be seen with open eyes which is why I didn’t notice after work. 4.

In their own words
I can't say enough good things about Prince and Alijah, they were incredible to work with! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard working. They handled all of my belongings with great care, worked efficiently , and made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy and organized. They communicated clearly throughout the entire move, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I want it.
I chose Move Makers to help with the large and heavy items for a small move for my partner and me. They phoned the night before to confirm that we still needed them and the time. Well they were 40 minutes late, but they loaded up the truck promptly and at the delivery address everything went well moving the items into the required locations. The price was very reasonable, less than I expected,
Thanks a lot for kind words , means a lot
This company is fantastic! They were super friendly, efficient, professional and experienced. They made sure to wrap and secure all the furniture and none of our stuff got damaged. They were very flexible with the pickup and drop off dates and times which was very convenient. We would 110% recommend them to anyone looking to move for a very affordable price. We will be using their services in the future.
Move Makers was prompt in their responses, competitively priced, and among the best value in Kamloops. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist with my move. They are fully prepared with the necessary equipment, supplies, and insurance to ensure a thorough and high-quality job. I’m very grateful for the team at Move Makers.
