I hired Move Masters after getting multiple quotes. Maurice sounded like a decent person over the phone and gave a good pitch. He was not 100% professional, but I appreciated his hustle. I told him that I would need 3 movers. He confirmed. We discussed a price and he sent a quote. There was little to no communication from that point to the moving day. I reached out the morning of the move to confirm they were going to show up. I was told that they were on a another job and finishing up.
We apologize for any inconvenience .. we hope to learn from this to avoid any issues in the future
What a ripoff. They showed up 2 hours late. This was for junk removal. There was supposed to be a 20 ft truck. They showed up with 6.5 feet left in a 15 ft truck. I had said I needed to remove scrap wood when booking. They refused to take it because it weighed too much. Did not deliver on anything they told me when booking. Then they tried to swindle me by charging double for another truck. I refused. Dont believe the other reviews here, they must be ai generated.

They moved me back in October of last year. After arriving hrs late. Daniel damaged my property. He actually says” it wasn’t connected” to say it was already like that. Negative, sir. Finally go to get wrapping, they advertise to use. Wraps it up then to make it stay in place. Immediately contacted office, Maurice said he “would look into it.” After a couple weeks of waiting. I contact him back and he said they still were looking into it. Couple more weeks past I contact him back.

Terrible company! I definitely don’t recommend them at all they broke a lot of our things and the neighbors lights, they owner and his employee are unprofessional they vape and talk on the phone most of the move! They were also super late and took their time to add up more hours for payment ! I also see the OWNER MAURICE gave himself 5 stars LOL

I respect his hustled, but you will be hustled. My move took 5 days, I didn't have furniture for a day. The groupon was an additional hustle . My furniture was damaged. Maurice swore he would contact me to fix the problem he never did. Im considering small claims court, since my rental insurance did not cover my damage.
To be told the day of your move-in past the time slot they give you that they would not be there and also no specific time for them to show up is extremely unprofessional. They may sound like a legit moving company but that was not the case …

Daniel was amazing to work with. He was very timely and extremely responsive from the time we contacted them initially for a move, till our things left home. Daniel and team were on time, very diligent, thorough and careful with everything in our home that needed to be packed/loaded for an international shipment. They dealt with small and large pieces of furniture with care and wouldnt be satisfied till they wrapped and packed them to their high standards.

Maurice and the Move Masters team were fantastic. They came to help me after already putting in a long day on another job, and they didn’t cut a single corner — they stayed past midnight to make sure everything was done right. They were careful with all my furniture and the pricing was fair. Maurice especially went above and beyond, staying patient and professional through the whole move even after such a long day.
