Disappointed, disheartened. 16 items were badly damaged or destroyed. The sales pitch included assurances of quality and value- that never materialized. We feel entirely mislead. The Kent staff were friendly and professional and promised a move that did not involve sub contractors and that we would enjoy professional packers, and late model air ride trailers. The exact opposite took place.

It's too bad I can't leave this company 0 stars. I had recently stopped by their office in Tukwila where I had a brief encounter with Donovan Theurk. I'll save you the details but Donovan had to have been the most rude and arrogant person I've been blessed with the opportunity to meet in a while. It bewilders me that people like this are able to not only work for but represent an organization and conduct themselves in such a manner at their place of business. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Several items went missing between the day Bekins showed up with their trucks, and when they arrived to unload. The company accepted no responsibility for the missing items and basically said that we were lying. I have to believe that there are several better options available in the area. If you're looking for a mover, do your research and avoid this company.

I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review at what I thought was the end of my move. Keep in mind I don't even own a lot of things and I did almost all of the packing myself. I was very specific in what was to be taken and what needed to be left. Had I not paid attention, All of my things would be gone, including my purse. Sure, the guys were nice. I would be happy and nice too if someone did 99% of the packing for me. My items were not handled with care and communication was severely lacking.

Moved about 2 weeks ago. Was not happy. Spoiler: basic Covid-19 precautions fell short. Prepare for a list: 1: I was charged an additional %50 premium for same day reservation because I took a canceled appointment slot. That's about $80/hr extra. 2: They attempted to charge me for an hour before my appointment because that's when the guys showed up at the warehouse. My pickup location was 3 minutes from their warehouse.

Everyone at Move Northwest was very helpful! From David who came out to see what we are moving and to explain how everything worked, to Kate and Brittney in the office, and the whole crew of guys who did the actual moving. I appreciated that they were willing to make sure everything was moved carefully and when I pointed out something was especially dear to me, they took even extra care while both moving it and bringing it into our new home. Move Northwest did an excellent job with our move. Mauricio, Leo, Lamar, and Alex were outstanding from start to finish. They treated our items with great care, were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard throughout the process. Positive experiance with lowest bid offered. I got around 9-10 bids and heezy came in at the lowest and with the most straight forward interaction. My move was all heavy tools/garage items and their movers got it done. Should I ever need to move anything that’s something I can’t or don’t want to do, they will be my go to. All aces in my option.
