In their own words
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They were hired to bring uhaul pods to my home and, pack them, and deliver them back to uhaul. They had all of my contact information incorrect. I had to contact them when they were over an hour late. They said they were having issues getting the pods to my home and offered to load my items onto a truck, take them to uhaul and load the pods there. I was hesitant because of the double handling but agreed because I was on a tight schedule.
Move Precision prides its self on delivering excellent customer service. This is not reflective of the service we offer. We apologize to hear about your experience. There were many variables and complexities to this move.
Completely ghosted me. No call, no show. I booked over a month in advance. They confirmed, only to no show and ignore all my calls on moving day. Please stay away from this company.

When the movers got to my apartment, he tried to pull into my parking garage instead of on the side. So their truck got bent and stuck in the entrance. Then he got out of the truck without parking and it went reversed, which led to the door nearly coming off. One of the movers went through my belongings especially one of the very private boxes. So, I informed them that wasn’t any of the items I instructed them to get for the move. I felt very violated.

Did a below average job with the move. They were super unprepared, and didn’t have tools required for certain applications. I told them they would be taking off and hanging TV’s. Johnny who I spoke to on the phone agreed, then later walked it back. They only took off TV’s did not hang them back up. There were also supposed to provide proof of insurance which they didn’t. Lastly they damaged my fridge and have gone silent.

No call, no show. Used hire a helper to book them. Would never recommend Move Precision or Hire a Helper. You can't get in touch with anyone when you call their number and they don't call back. DO NOT BOOK.

I called Move Precision LLC on a holiday weekend as we needed a VERY last minute, same day move to get my grandma's stuff from Covington, LA to Pensacola, FL and these boys DELIVERED!!! Very professional company with great communication - making the entire moving process seamless. Harold accommodated my request for a larger truck to ensure we could fit everything. The boys on site arrived early and they were ready to work.

Overall this was an incredible experience. I had issues getting the rental truck on time and they were able to be flexible and push the start time back. The gentleman that arrived to help pack the vehicle was professional and arrived at the perfect time. During the move I was starting to worry I wouldn’t have enough space in the rental truck, he reassured me multiple times that there’s plenty of room. To my surprise he fit EVERYTHING in the truck. Mind blown!

I can’t recommend this moving company enough! From the moment they arrived, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. They handled all of my belongings with the utmost care, wrapping fragile items securely and treating every box like it was their own. What really stood out to me was their positive attitude—even when we hit a few unexpected snags, they stayed calm, courteous, and solution-oriented. They made what could’ve been a stressful day feel smooth and even enjoyable.
