I previously used this company three times. Movers were trained, professional, and took excellent care of my belongings. They were uniformed and conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner. It is the reason I hired them again for this move. Under the new ownership, the execution of my move was completely unacceptable for the following reasons: 1. The workers tried hard, but it was apparent they were untrained: a. Did not properly build (i.e., secure) boxes. b.
Thank you for your help in the recent my recent move. However, there was damage done to some of my furniture. I complained you did send a man to come out and repair the damage and he took part of the furniture back with him to be able to match up the color he has never returned. I’ve made numerous phone calls to have this issue resolved and there’s been no answer. You have ignored my request and I feel that I’m being ignored because I’m older and you’re just blowing me off.
DO NOT GO HERE !!! HEADS UP ! Really Weird , I Called To Get An Estimate To Move Some Gym Equipment. The Guy /Owner Said We're Not Going To Do It. Flat Out. Super Rude !!! Beyond Unprofessional 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I See Now Why They Have a Low Rating on Reviews .Try Westside Fitness Or Fitness Superstore Were Both Very helpful. …
Movers totally destroyed 3 outdoor statues by not taking proper packing procedures. The owner came out and agreed to repair them. After several phone calls in which he told me he would be out to fix them, he never showed up, nor called again. Dishonest and disappointing.
I should have read the neighborhood reviews first. Then I would have known to just wait for John Fergusons moving company instead of just trusting this terrible company. They defaced my pier one furniture, then took SIX months and a complaint to the BBB for them to finally fix it.... not to mention very cheaply. They also scraped up my washer and dryer and I wish I was joking when I say EVERY PIECE of furniture has chips and scrapes because of how careless they were with the move. I should have babysat them ....
Would rate a 2.5 star. The movers were professional and showed up on time. However, they took way too long for a one bedroom/living room move, with everything already pre-boxed. With $90 an hour, we anticipated it would take about 2 to 2 1/2, tops 3 hours (I've seen it done faster) but ended taking 4.25 hours so the total bill came out to over $400. Honest feedback/opinion: they could definitely improve on their efficiency as we noted a lot of lag time between when stuff was carried up/down.
If you like for your furniture to be scratched and mishandled this is the company for you. We used them on our move in 2022 and had zero issues. Decided to call again this go around and service was horrible. Brought damages to management's attention two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. Moving is stressful enough and having to deal with unnecessary incompetence is frustrating. If you chose this company my suggestion is to be present to supervise every item that is being moved.
These people simply have NO CONSCIENCE!!! They get paid hourly and you can guess next. On the moving day, one normal guy came along with two ZOMBIES. A turtle can walk faster than them. It was way way way too obvious. "I would never recommend this company to anyone." ...really shame on them.

I recently used Move west Inc. for my relocation, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From central El Paso to Santa Teresa, NM all of my belongings were handled professionally and efficiently. Knowing that it was going to be a big in town move I was very pleased with the workers and the point of contact I had with the company throughout the move. The team arrived on time and was incredibly courteous and careful with my belongings.
Moved from El Paso to Dallas. Some very delicate and expensive art (paintings and sculptures). Packed, stored and moved them. Very careful in their crating and unpacking. Also moved furniture, a piano, along with other household goods. Very reasonable pricing. Very competent and professional staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend Move West for any move - local or across the state. Have used the before for local moves as well. Great company.

The owner Jacob, and his representative David, were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and giving me a fair, transparent quote with no hidden fees.
Moving can be stressful, but Move West Moving Company made the entire process seamless and hassle free. From the moment they arrived right on time, I might add the team was professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with great care. Their ability to pack and load everything so quickly and securely was truly impressive. It was like watching moving experts play a perfect game of Tetris!
