We had a terrible experience with Move With Ease. Thomas, the lead mover, tore our couch while moving it into our apartment, and then had the audacity to try and say that it was the only way to get it through the door. He then proceeded to make uninformed assumptions, claiming that pleather tears pretty easily. I wouldn’t know, my couch is leather. Unfortunately, things only got worse. We overheard Thomas telling the other mover, when asked if Thomas messed up our couch, “Yup, a little bit!”.
We are truly sorry that you were not completely satisfied. Your couch was pleature it was not real leather and the dimensions of the door made it impossible to get the couch in without squeezing it through. - Unfortunately pleature does rip … More

The movers were on time, courteous, efficient, and quick. All in all I was very satisfied and would highly recommend using Move With Ease
Dan & Dan did a great job with unloading our move! We had a few heavy & complicated pieces of furniture, but they handled it all well. They handled our items with care, respected our home, and were careful to avoid any damages. We definitely plan to call them again for future furniture assembly. 5 stars!!

The Museum of Greenwood and I recently had the opportunity to work with Thomas and his Move with Ease LLC team with a short notice move of large exhibit cases for the Museum of Greenwood, SC. His team was fast, efficient, and exceptional at what they do, they were able to move the heavy oak and glass cases from our second floor to our storage facility in under an hour. Excellent work, I will definitely be using them again soon.
Cannot say enough good things about the team I had today Daniel and Dan. A couple of unexpected circumstances and they took them with stride. Totally supportive, friendly trustworthy. everything I really look for in a move. I have part two of my move coming up and I will be absolutely using them again.
