The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had an excellent experience with MoveOn Moving and Junk Removal. Communication was clear and consistent from booking through move day, and I always knew what was needed and what to expect. The team arrived on time, fully prepared, and immediately put me at ease. They were friendly, positive, and clearly took pride in treating my belongings with care. The move itself was fast and efficient, and they finished earlier than expected.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review — it really means a lot. I’m glad we were able to make the process clear and stress-free from start to finish. Moving can be a big transition, so it’s great to hear the team helped make it a bit easier for you.
Just had an amazing experience with this Kelowna moving company! I was dreading the move from my apartment to a house across town, but these Kelowna movers made everything so smooth. They showed up right on time, carefully wrapped all my furniture, and had everything loaded in what felt like no time. What really impressed me was how professional yet friendly the crew was. They treated my stuff like it was their own and even helped me figure out the best furniture placement in the new place.
We appreciate you! Making moving day easy instead of stressful is exactly what we're all about. Thanks for trusting us with your move and for taking the time to leave such a great review.
Have used MoveOn twice now and can't recommend them enough. First they handled a small move for us from Kelowna all the way out to Saskatoon, then a local move within Glenmore a few months later. Both times the crew showed up on time, took great care with our stuff, and the price was exactly what they quoted. Such a relief to have movers you can actually trust. Thanks again guys!
Jordan, thank you! Honestly made our week getting to help you twice. That Saskatoon run was a bit of a drive, then a quick one in Glenmore to wrap it up. So glad it all went smooth and the price landed right where we said it would. You know where to find us next time you're on the move. Take care!
Moving can be stressful, especially when you have a set expectation of how that's supposed to go. There's never any easy stress free way to go about that, but Adam and the boys from Move On moving and Junk Removal made my move an exemplary experience. Adam and his team were such a delight to deal with. Expert communication, polite and exceptional customer service.
Thank you for sharing your experience! Your kind words mean a lot, and we hope to assist you again in the future!
