The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Was a very streamlined process was in communication throughout including follow up to make sure there were no issues I had 2 helpers they were quick efficient and professional.we did a walk through so they knew what was required and then hit the ground running I highly recommend them I will definitely use them again
The guys Genesis Movers sent over, Scorpio Hammond and Sean John were amazing! They were very sweet and friendly and were super careful with all of our things. We moved our first truckful of furniture on our own and it took my husband, our kids, their friends, their boyfriends, and myself 10 hrs to load and unload our 15 ft truck. Scorpio and Sean did our 2nd truckful & did the equivalent amount of loading & unloading in half that time.
My girlfriend and I used Genesis Empire Moving to move her second story apartment to a new house. I really hate that I can't remember the names of the two guys who helped us, but they were phenomenal! Super professional, punctual, and best of all, FAST. When or if I move again, I'll definitely be using them again.
From start to finish Trois Cooper and Garrick Warthem were great to coordinate my move. I had an amazing team of just two guys from Garland Texas Movers come and load my big truck. I was so worried I didn’t get a big enough truck, but they were geniuses. Got everything in with room to spare for the last minute items. Fast, friendly, courteous and professional with everything done in two hours and that was after helping me back the truck up to the door.
