**Buyer Beware:** If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. Initially, they provided a clear upfront price, but on the day of the move, the cost unexpectedly increased by $1,000. Furthermore, it took nearly a month for my belongings to be delivered. Despite their claims of not using brokers, it became evident that they did. When my furniture finally arrived, I received no prior notification and was compelled to pay an additional $1,300 for the delivery.

I had a deceiving experience. The person on the phone gave me the capped price for materials that surprisingly tripled in the end. They also didn't instruct me that hourly rate varied depending on the number of movers. I expected to pay for 5-6 hours, I ended up paying for 9. Pavlo, the dispatcher ended up ghosting me when movers finished the job. I called him multiple times to bring up the issue regarding the price. He never picked up, and no one bothered to call me back after I paid.

Do not use this company I was working with John Henry @ moving solutions in Florida different company pick up my items left behind a expensive bed base and they took my items to a storage unit when I have my own storage unit then when I try to call him back he didn't pick up the phone but I reached out to him from another phone he picked up also my original price was 1800 the other company that they sent was additional 1200 Horrible experience

I loved this company. Two people arrived, Alex and Denis, who were incredibly friendly and well-spoken. The service was excellent from the start. They did such great work, never stopping, very efficient, serious, and responsible. They did everything flawlessly, handling works of art with the utmost care. The 2 guys that arrived were very courteous, and fast which is always nice.. and it was same day within hours.. so the price was a little steep for just moving 2 mattresses upstairs but.. if it had been a bigger job for that price I know they would be great to use in the future!
