In their own words
Moves r us damaged my furniture during the move. They did not wrap my leather couches and I had to pay to repair them. The repair does not equate to what my couches looked like because there is no way to fully repair it. Lonnie had agreed to pay for me to get the couches repaired. After I got them repaired, he didn't answer my emails or my calls and I haven't heard from him since after agreeing to pay for it. So now my only option is to go to civil court. If you have good furniture do not use this company.
